CBT Skills Group

A 10-week online group to learn about anxieties, worries, low mood and anger, and how to manage these using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques. Learn about emotions and how they affect us, try relaxation techniques and practice working with thoughts, feelings and behaviours to improve the way you feel. This is a self-help group and may not be appropriate if you are experiencing a crisis or severe mental health conditions or are at risk of hurting yourself.

OCD Groupwork

Online group every other Thursday to learn about and manage OCD using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) combined with Exposure & Response Prevention (EXRP) techniques to manage intrusive thoughts (obsessions), rituals (compulsions) or both. In addition to traditional CBT/ EXRP techniques, learn about contemporary evidence-based therapies you can use in addition to gain control over OCD. Group limited to 8 members.

Men’s Group for Sexual Problems

Online support group for men. Safe environment to address problems due to sexual addictions & compulsivity, porn use, masturbation and sexual function problems (erection problems, premature or delayed ejaculation, low sexual desire/ desire mismatch). Explore issues around sexuality and alternative lifestyles such as polyamory, kink, fetish & BDSM. Help for individuals affected by relationship problems such as infidelity and affairs. Support each other and learn techniques in a sex positive, kink-friendly environment. Group number limited to 8 members and a minimum of 2 attendees required for each meeting to go ahead.
